Ok Japanese ramen, could try if u want to eat Japanese foods.. the tsukemen is salty n u need to adjusted with hot water, make sure to read the instructions on the table.. the rest of ramen having distinct flavor..
Honestly shocked that this doesn’t have a higher score. The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, authentic. However, I think the service is incredibly slow, but worth the wait!

Ramen Hiroshi San Ramon offers a variety of ramen options, including Shio and Yuzu flavored broths in pork and chicken variations. The restaurant also serves salted cucumbers as an appetizer and allows customers to order extra noodles if desired. Located on the 2nd floor of The Lot shopping center next to the theater, it’s a convenient spot for a comforting bowl of ramen. The Yuzu-infused chicken bowl comes with sliced chicken, hard-boiled egg, bok choy, bean sprouts, and fish cakes in a rich broth. Vegetarian options are available, with the menu featuring four different vegetarian ramen choices. While parking can be challenging, the staff is friendly, and the food comes quickly. The tonkatsu ramen has a warm, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and tasty extras like egg and mushrooms. It’s a solid option for a hearty meal or a dinner date before a movie.
