Salt & Straw Reviews
The ice cream flavors are unique and unusual in some cases. I had peanut butter brittle with caramel and fudge – it was delicious! My daughter had strawberry, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper. It was quite unusual, but she said it was really good. Give it a try.
horrible customer service. they close at 11. We got there around 9 nearing the door the tall guy with facial hair shakes his head at us saying they're close. we head back 30 mins because we saw other customers inside and now they're open? either get new workers that are considerate or change your hours. Poor service, mediocre workers
Salt & Straw is a cute fun ice cream spot..

Salt & Straw is a popular ice cream chain known for its creamy and delicious ice cream, as well as its unique and funky flavors. The service and ambiance are described as hip, catering to a younger crowd. The efficient staff is helpful, moving the sizable line through cheerfully, even when it gets crowded quickly. Many customers enjoy trying the new flavors each month, with some particularly loving the Coconut Cake & Pineapple Jam and Coffee & Love Nuts. The ice cream is delicious, and popular choices include scoops of sea salt caramel and gooey chocolate. The staff provides excellent customer service, working as a team to ensure that everyone is served quickly, though the line can take a bit longer to churn through at times. While there may not be seating inside, there is some seating outside for those who wish to enjoy their treats on-site. Customers also love the ability to sample any flavor before making a choice. Salt & Straw is the only ice cream shop open until 11 pm in the area, adding to its appeal. Visitors frequently come in groups, eager to taste multiple flavors, and they often order take-out pints and cones, which are ready when they arrive. The location in City Center Bishop Ranch mall is bustling, especially on busy weekends, making it a must-visit spot for ice cream lovers.
