I made an online appointment for my two girls a few weeks back and we were in and out in an hour. Our hairstylist (can't remember her name) was very nice, efficient and made the kids feel comfortable. The salon was clean, well designed for kids, and provided a complete, fluid experience. Ok...this is seriously THE place to bring your kids for a haircut, no joke! I had been arguing with my dear husband for months about having our son's hair cut for the first time. Sharkey’s has a fantastic set up: clean, lots of chairs varying from simple barber chair to cars themed for Frozen to Cars, TV per chair with Netflix/YouTube/Xbox, and the best part... friendly staff that always takes extra steps to make the haircut extra special. The price initially surprised me, but it includes wash/shampoo, haircut, style (braiding, butterfly clips), nail painting, balloon and a lollipop. It’s worth every bit and my girls love it.
