I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. when I I need a decent dinner, this restaurant comes first to my head. excellent and all sorts of food and a rich menu.well mannered staff, and great atmosphere. “Amazing food! I go here twice a week probably and they even remember my name now. It’s all really good so I switch it up. The buche is unusual so I like to get that and it’s very fresh . Very nice people and clean. My go to is 4 Asada tacos with a chile on the side. You won’t regret making this place a new favorite.“

“The Ranchera burrito and the flautas are super good. I’ve been to many taquerias all over the bay and this is definitely in the top 5. The atmosphere is nice and open inside and there is a salsa bar available. Prices are in line with most of the bay-not too expensive. I will definitely be coming back when in the area.“

“Chicken burrito was excellent. The chicken was perfectly seasoned. The carnitas tacos were good not as fresh as I'd like it to be but I did order later in the evening on a Saturday. I liked that the tortillas for my tacos weren't oily like other taco places. I would stop in again if I'm ever in the area.“

“Awesome tacos. Absolutely delicious. I personally prefer the fish tacos, but everything is really good. Even the tofu tacos are great. The location has fairly spacious seating and extra places to eat outside the restaurant if that fills up.

Vegetarian options: They have delicious tofu tacos as well as beans and rice, chips and salsa and guacamole. Awesome fish tacos for pescatarians.

Parking: There is a huge and really nice parking garage that is free if you are only there for a couple of hours.“

I got a Combo Plate with a Taco and Enchilada...The Taco shell fell apart in 1 bite, and was one of those prepackaged shells...The Enchilada was the worst ever, the blood red sauce was definitely from a can with 0 flavor! The grilled chicken was super dry with No Flavor or texture at all! I also got a Quesadilla to go, with watered down sour cream and guacamole from a package....No flavor, and again dry chicken and this time a super greasy tortilla. I GUARANTEE this is the worst Mexican Food Ever! The rice was dry with 0 flavor and the beans were watered down....Do yourself a favor, and Do Not Go Here Ever! And to top it off I'm certain the owners know they are selling crap, they are just looking to cut costs....Nothing fresh, nothing good at all! Avoid at all costs....There is no way they will stay in business unless they make significant changes ASAP! Like TOMORROW! Perfectly hideous food, if you want to call it that!“

The service is ok there in the middle for fast food because sometimes they have to many orders and they go really slow but over all it’s great . “The cashier guy served us very well because it was our first time to there. He gave us 3 different samples of Mexican drinks to try while he was not busy. The food was juicy and seasoned. “I've been going to The Mexican for years. The food was top notch with an awesome tequila bar. I went in last Saturday, Dec. 21st, 2024 at 5pm and it was empty. That in itself seemed strange. We got seated. No water. No Chips and Salsa. We received menus and that was why it was empty. You're paying for everything at 25% to 45% more than before with many meals and all Combinations GONE. To get a Taco, an Enchilada with Rice and Beans was $38... That's INSANE... We walked out and sadly will never return... He's the same reason Buffalo Bills was a ghost town at 430pm on a Saturday. Went there the day before and it's the same - prices 25% to 50% higher. Out of 3 popular beers. No milk. Menu changes for the worse. Miss Bill and the good food and great atmosphere that used to be since 1983. Another spot I'll never go back to...“
