This restaurant is right on the beach with nice views of the beach! It’s not a fancy place and you can come as you are! They have an interesting menu, including vegetarian dishes, but it’s a bit pricey, although the place was packed for dinner, there’s no sign of business lost from the road construction!
My husband and I were here visiting the area for the first time on our anniversary. We didn't stay at the hotel as we weren't aware there was one. We did try their restaurant which was SUPERB! ?? We had breakfast there. My husband chose the chicken fried steak and eggs and hashbrowns. I chose the Denver omelet with country potatoes. Everything was portioned just right. Great place to eat, with ocean view. It’s kind of a hidden gem, if you’re driving through San Simeon. The menu is fairly simple, with delicious options. I love the grilled turkey with Ortega on sourdough. Gluten free bread options, available. Impossible Shepards pie is another favorite dish. Amazing flavor and bang for the buck. The ocean view is also quite nice. Definitely recommend.
