Stopped by today to check them out. Walked out with meat lasagna for two and a pound of butternut squash ravioli. Had both for dinner tonight. Both were delicious but the butternut squash was out of this world, the best I've ever had! Can't wait to try their other varieties of raviolis!
We tried the Bigoli Pasta Boxes meal kits. What a great idea. We had the Fettuccine with chicken sausage and artichoke, and the Bigoli Amatriciana. Easy to follow instructions and the result was a delicious fresh pasta meal ready within minutes. Just added a salad and bottle of wine for a complete Italian experience. Thank you Chef Michele for continuing to offer us outstanding freshly made pasta. Grazie!
