Cozy, intimate lovely little restaurant in the heart of Carmel, high food quality, served nice and hot with generous portions, service attentive.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service and amazing food! We absolutely loved our meal at Il Tegamino in Carmel-by-the-Sea. I had the gnocchi, and I cannot say enough about how good it was! It was perfectly cooked, so flavorful, and had cheese, cheese, and more cheese in the best possible way. 😋 Rich and delicious without being too much. I would absolutely order it again! Started with a Capresse salad which was good but not outstanding. Then had cannelloni which was served boiling - I am not exaggerating. I had to wait several minutes before it cooled down enough to venture a bite. Eventually it was fine but not excellent. Staff was courteous and overall service was excellent. We ate in a pleasant interior courtyard which was pleasant. I am not at all sorry that my wife and I dined there.
