Placed a bkf order on the mobile app and paid. I was told “we received your order but we didn’t accept it on our end because we aren’t serving bkf anymore”. I've seen those place change so many times throughout the years but it seems like in the recent years it's starting to struggle. Service is mediocre, food is wrong constantly , and the place looks like it needs and update.

I liked the play gym area for the kids, it was very clean and quiet for the most part. My kids enjoyed the projector that they had going on with the games and they liked the little gym too. I didn’t like that they tried to force their customers to use the kiosks when they didn’t want to.
