Great friendly greetings.
The girl with the glasses who works there has very poor customer service. I’ve been there several times, and each visit has been the same. She is not friendly or welcoming, and her interactions with customers come across as rude and unprofessional. A little kindness and a positive attitude would make a big difference in the overall customer experience.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I went through the drive thru and asked for water on a really Hot day so I could drive with my baby back to Fresno and they wouldn't give me water unless I bought something. This is exactly why I wouldn't give a single dollar to this company. Rather go to Dutch bros anyways I'm sure they would give me water on a day that's over 90 degrees.
