Bad service bad workers they don't pay attention they talk to much with each other and on there cells the owner should make some changes and be more on he's business to check he's workers., there was an incident that happened with my granddaughter we had to ask the same person to open the restroom 4 time but it didn't happened in till the fourth time she when to open it my granddaughter was in a hurry and this girl opens the door and let it go and it hit my grand daughter in her face all cause she was so busy on her cell I placed a note cause I wanted to speak to the owner and I believe they never give it to him cause no one call me back

I love this place! They've never been busy when I have been in there. They're friendly they're fast they're clean, everything that you would want from a fast food restaurant and more. Their burgers are to die for. Unfortunately I had chili cheese fries the last time I was there, and they weren't quite as I remembered them. I should have stuck with my instincts and gotten one of their fabulous burgers
Parking: They have their own parking but it is adjacent to a gas station / quick market, so there's plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room to sit individuals or families
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs
Well decided to drop by for a High School favorite of mine over 30 years ago.....
I have a tendency of ordering fries in a brown bag (Doubled Up) and smothering the fries with ketchup. I was very disappointed and not really a customer service friendly cashier as I asked her if she could smother the fries with ketchup. The smell of hot steaming fries in ketchup on a cold winter morning hits the soul at the best time...... This is what I expected as I've been a great customer of that food Venue for several years now. Great Customer Service goes a long way, which this time I didn't receive.
Something so inexpensive becomes an issue to food venues as this item is only a condiment and I don't think it will break the bank and make this food venue go bankrupt.
There's other food venues in my area as for this one which is the closest, I don't think I'll be back to it. Customer Service is a key factor to all businesses and this one is one that lacks it from one cashier, as for the rest of the staff, they are great and very professional.

They call themselves best burger. Yeah right! Worst burger ever! This place sucks! Burgers are overcooked and dry. Nachos were stale and very bland. I got the Carnes asada nachos meat was overcooked and bland beans processed from can. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! It's not allowing me to upload pics.
Been going here for years. Their veggie burger is consistently great. The fries are great. The Oreo shake is great..and today the service was awesome. Highly recommend.
