i used to come here as a kid and it was honestly the best, however as time past this place has gotten worse. For starters customer service is bad, they ignore you and act like you arent there at times and when you ask for something or complain about them messing up an order they are so rude. In addition to the service the food quality has gotten worse, they cook the meat for too long and burn your fries, if you get fried zucchinis they are almost always burned and bitter. If you get a family pack they will most like forget to give you your beverage and later give you attitude when you ask for it. The only thing I would get here if I come again would be their milkshakes because they dont manage to mess that up.

I’ve never had a bad meal here until recently. They served me a teriyaki chicken bowl with Spanish rice twice. I guess that’s how they serve it now instead of white rice. Teriyaki doesn’t mix well with Spanish rice and is inedible. I usually drive out of my way to come here. I guess all good things come to an end. They do have great burgers and great customer service so if you are in the mood for a burger check it out.

Good food but poor service. Did not advise me that the cheeseburger combo is cheaper than just buying the burger and fries. Pretty dumb. Wouldn't give me a drink either when I noticed and asked about it. Not a company that cares about the customer at all.
I was time limited and kept my meal simple. I ordered a Beacon Breakfast Sandwich. The lady taking the order was very helpful and pleasant. There were a few persons having their meals in the Dining area upon my arrival. Soon after I order, as soon as the customers in the dining area were done eating and a second lady came out to clean and wipe down all the tables that was previously occupied. I told her it was my first time there and she gave me a tip on how to order for my next time there. My Breakfast Sandwich was Great!

Charlie's Best definitely lives up to being the 'Best.' My girlfriend and I have been going to Charlie's Best since 2007 and love their food and not only their burgers & sandwiches but more so their Rib Eye Steak Dinner is excellent! For under $20 you get a sizeable dry rubbed delicious steak, hearty garden salad, garlic bread pieces, fries & onion rings that's probably good for two people like us. Try it next time!
