I had a good experience with Marie, court clerk in C64, and Ryan Castillo and Lisette at the Civil Dept counter. Going to a courthouse can feel like going to the dentist - scary and uncomfortable- and having human faces and voices who do the best they can to ensure a just and fair hearing is so appreciated and remembered
The third level gets pretty packed, be prepared to sit close to someone in the hall. Once court begins they allow you to check in then off ya go to the hall until your lawyer asks you to come in and sit.
From my experience and watching others during my visit :
1. If your not sure just ask
2. Be sure to have all your documents filled prior to your visit if possible.
3. Have a pen with you
4. Also you do have to walk a bit from parking structure to the actual building therefore make sure you only bring with you necessary items
leave behind any personal protection such as pepper spray or anything that can be considered a weapon....
