I love Crumbl.... but this location is slacking....definitely not up to par with other locations. The screens dont work, it's often under staffed, often playing inappropriate music with a lot of cussing and very loud. Also, the cookies are sometimes unfresh. Sweet kids with there....It's just not the typical crumbl experience.

Visited Thursday 7:15… out of 60% of flavors as usual at this location. As the teenagers are making my order they have a discussion about how these cookies are ugly and made yesterday… the big one acknowledged “yeah but they’re doable”… I wanted my money back but of course the children could not do it because the manager is not here… the prices you charge should guarantee your customers are getting the freshest and most available options. Idk if crumbl is franchised or corporate but this location is always awful.. either the teenagers are stealing from the business and giving extra cookies or they have open conversations about how not fresh or presentable the product is in front of the consumer… corporate if you’re reading this check the data.. no way your inventories match or sales maximized because they always have more than half the menu 86’d.
Cannot rely on this location to complete PREorders!! Placed an order last night only for the staff to tell us they’re “sold out” of 1 out of the 4 I already paid for. How does that happen with a PREorder? Something isn’t adding up. Staff is incompetent. Will not return to this location!
