Not only are these people very rude, but they actually contribute to unhygienic and cleanliness of the community but not allowing people to actually use the restroom quality customers at shop that every day they don’t purchase anything they don’t get to use the potty I’m not gonna purchase anything from them all the time, so I won’t shop there again. Ever restrooms are necessary hygiene thing that people that operate owning operated business to have the obligation to allow the public. If not, they simply shouldn’t be in business.

Dirty restaurant and horrible service. Employees were rude and slow. The menu board is not working, lights hanging from the ceiling, and ceiling tiles are missing. The floor was sticky, and the tables were dirty with food crunbs and sticky substances. Do not visit this location. It is a poor representation of the Dunkin brand.

Never has bagels ready before 6am give or take 15 mins. They're literally open for an hour and "we don't have bagels ready yet." Or "we only just turned the ovens on."Why even open unless your food is ready?

Since they opened this location they hardly have any donuts , no matter what time of the day I go , the one on 17 is more far for me but they always have all the donuts , not sure why this one can’t do the same . Even if I go early in the day they say they sold out and only have certain donuts , been saying that since they opened this location .
This Dunkin Donuts is a great spot for good coffee and good customer service. The general manager is excellent with customers and the evening crew has Seth, Juan and Cesar and Joseph. Good people with good service. Everyone loves the Donuts and coffee. PS, as the one bad employee you have is cashier 216440. She has a very bad attitude.
The staff is rude and acts annoyed taking your order. Been multiple times and they “don’t have cold brew” or they just don’t care to make your order the way you ask. Hire people that want to work !
