Dirty restaurant and horrible service. Employees were rude and slow. The menu board is not working, lights hanging from the ceiling, and ceiling tiles are missing. The floor was sticky, and the tables were dirty with food crunbs and sticky substances. Do not visit this location. It is a poor representation of the Dunkin brand.

We stay in San Bernardino so we don’t run into Dunkin’ often. We always get coupons for it and was excited to grab it on our way back home . They took forever and only 1 car was infront of us. Once we pull up she immediately gives us our order . The hash browns looked burned we asked for new ones and they came out the same way. The grease was dirty and you can taste that nasty grease on the hash browns. The meat in the sandwich was not cooked at all . Worst breakfast ever...read full review
