Food is good, service is to slow, had to wait about 10 minutes before I was help to get my order, not a good customer service with the employees.
I had a challenging issue that occurred outside the El Pollo Loco fast food restaurant. I went into the restaurant and asked for assistance. Emilia and Kimberly were patient, gracious, and extremely helpful. Congratulations to El Pollo Loco for having such competent and helpful employees.

El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant that has recently undergone some positive changes. The new management has improved the overall service, and the food is now better prepared, with the salsa tasting even better. Customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly noting the nice and sweet lady at the front counter who always assists customers. The restaurant provides a welcoming dining experience for both new and returning customers. Many have enjoyed meals like the tostada salad, Pollo Bowl, Chicken Avocado Quesadilla, Chicken Tortilla Soup, and crunchy chicken tacos. The dining area is clean, and there is plenty of seating available. While there is no drive-thru, the location offers mobile ordering with no issues reported. It is conveniently located right off the 5 fwy and Main St., with parking in the back. Overall, El Pollo Loco continues to be a favorite spot for delicious food and friendly service.
