Extremely rude Latina staff member, who clearly has no patience for non-Latinos. As a European, it felt even worse. She speaks poor English herself, yet rolled her eyes at every minor mistake I made and responded dismissively with “huh?” whenever she didn’t understand.
The entire restaurant was filthy and grimy. Homeless people were allowed inside and were bothering the guests. The restroom was absolutely disgusting.
I had to ask five times for the bathroom code because the staff member refused to say it in clear, simple, and especially slow English.
This place easily ranks in the top five worst restaurant visits of my life. What a terrible place and what awful staff.

I drive for a third party, usually there are no issues in the morning but at night there is this young man with an attitude. We have explained many times our new process before any order is confirmed in our system due to customers complaints of missing items. As we try to take the time and walk him through our new process , he pretends to be busy and not listening. This lack of respect and ignoring third party is not acceptable from any restaurant we do business with. You must understand third party are also your customers and we all strive to provide our best service respectfully to you and your customers. We have escalated this issue with our Restaurant Operations team to find a sound solution. Restaurant has been restricted in our end for the moment.

Best service out of any other El pollo Loco I've been too...parking in the back ...isn't too big inside but it's comfy. Good music. Cashier asked me how I liked my chicken ..juicy or well done. Thought that was nice since I love my chicken very very well done..salsa was good ..perfect place to grab lunch.
