Worst customer service. Don't get me wrong I've been coming to this restaurant for such a long time, food is great. However, today has been the worst. I order un Desayuno Salvadoreño with chorizo on the side. The lady who took my order brought back huevos revueltos with chorizo. I told her that I had order the chorizo on the side. She started nagging back and forth that I had ordered it the way she brought it to our table. I honestly looked at my husband and whispered to him I wanted to leave ( I'm currently pregnant and I was hungry we had waited 30 mins to get our food). The lady who was serving us turned around picked up my husband plate and told us to leave. My husband and I got up and left. Take in mind, the restaurant had other customers waiting and everyone saw and heard the treatment we were given. ( I personally don't like chorizo so I had ordered it on the side for my husband).

Food was amazing but the service is horrible. Took about 45 minutes to receive our food and not once did the sever come to give us refills. There wasn't many people which made it weird not to receive the service but of course you can hear the gossip in the kitchen going on full blast. No restrooms are available for paying customers ?. Coffee was cold and when we made the server aware she only stated well it came out of the coffee maker.

Service is excellent. Home made taste on the food. Love that they give you the option of bread or tortillas for the breakfast plates. Tried the desayuno de huevos con jamón. Highly recommend.

Went for lunch with my family very bad service had to eat my Popusas without a fork and we literally had like 3 napkins the “server” no where to be found. To top it off when I was half way to my last Popusas I found a hair in my food!!! I sent it back for a new one and when I paid the owner gave me attitude because she wanted to charge me for the Popusa that had a hair!! She was rude about it! Never even apologized for the hair in the food! Never coming back here!!

Love the food so good everything I ordered was made correctly. And the lady was so nice helped me carry the platter to the car. And the drinks as well. Love everything about the service. Don't know why I didn't come sooner.
