A nice restaurant with good food. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the food took 30 mins to come out. I ordered 8 papusas. I can appreciate that it was so fresh and really tasty, but I didn't expect the long wait.
Worth the wait though! I recommend. Ps. The curtido (sp?) Was a bit spicy! Very good food and good prices too!
Food and service is great 💯 only bad thing is they don’t have a public restroom.

El Salvador Café is a cozy, small restaurant serving delicious Salvadorian cuisine. The menu features recommendations like the Desayuno Salvadoreño, homemade-tasting dishes, and the staff provides excellent service. Options include bread or tortillas with breakfast plates, and popular dishes like Desayuno de Huevos con Jamón.
The pupusas, a Salvadorian specialty, are freshly made, flavorful, and not greasy. Favorites include the revueltas (chicharrón, beans, & cheese) and Queso with Loroco (Salvadorian cheese & Loroco flower buds). Other highlights are the refreshing agua de ensalada, Salvadorian horchata, platanos fritos (fried plantains) with queso, beans, crema, and pan, as well as the unique chicken tamales without olives.
The restaurant accepts both cash and cards, and the friendly staff ensures a welcoming experience. El Salvador Café offers an authentic taste of Salvadorian culture and cuisine.
