Great Khan's Mongolian Grill Santa Ana

They have very little sauces and absolutely no flavor. They don’t season anything. Most bland food since new management took over. No meat whatsoever.

​I visited this place because I love Mongolian food, but the experience was disappointing. Unlike other Mongolian BBQ spots, they don't let you serve yourself. They weigh the meat first and then add vegetables for you. Because the meat is frozen in large rolls, it takes up all the space on the plate, leaving very little room for vegetables.

When it comes to the seasonings you choose yourself, they only have about six options (like lemon juice, garlic, oyster sauce, and chili). Most places have a much larger variety to help build the flavor.

The biggest issue was the sauce they use while cooking. They only have one house sauce. I’m used to places that offer a variety of flavors like Teriyaki, BBQ, or Kung Pao. Because they lack these options, the food tasted very bland.
​For $22 for a medium plate, it definitely wasn't worth it. I won't be going back.

The food was good the service was terrible. She is very rude. She treated me like a child. I honestly could not believe how badly she treats customers.

Do not come here it’s not worth your money

This place sucks. They make the bowls for you and are very rude. I also asked for a
Sriracha and they wouldn’t give it to me had to bring back my plate because they didn’t recognize me!! What!!!! Very Rude!! Don’t eat here

This place has rude people in it. When I requested a few napkins.The older lady was very rude and gave me dirty looks for asking. She was a Korean lady. Ive met nicer. She also made rude hand gestures at me.Main0lace should remove this place for bad customer service.

Roaches in the kitchen and cross contamination with using same gloves and utensils for raw meats and veggies

$15.56 per entree plus tax, so a flat $17 per plate.

You can’t manually make your bowls anymore. It depends on whatever Mrs. Khan puts in your bowl.
Example: I mainly only wanted broccoli and mushrooms, but I last minute asked for a couple carrots. She complained and said “too much” then took out 3/5 broccoli stalks and left only two broccoli stalks, then only gave 4 thin circle slices of carrots. Based on the other people ahead and my own, only 3 semi-circle halves of the zucchini is given. Quite stingy on any of the items on the left side, but slightly more generous on the cheaper bundled items on the right, such as the cabbage, bean sprouts and onions.

Service is quite slow. It is just the one main Mrs. Khan working the food line and cashier, while Mr. Khan cooking on the table grill.

This place has a bad customers service, the lady has a bad actitud and she was pression me asking me about my entries, and I didn't get my receipt and I ask for it and she just ignored me, first and last time for me, over food good chefs very nice sorry I will never came back!!
