The venue/restaurant is clean, relaxing, and beautifully kept. The food tastes good, and has variety and quantity to choose from. However, its vibrant feel does not reflect in the staff. The kitchen staff is friendly, and helpful. Whereas, the hosts and waiters are not as attentive and welcoming. I've celebrated many different occasions throughout the years at the Green Parrot, but every single time my experience has been the same with the staff.

I've been to Green Parrot for brunch, loved it and wanted to take my husband to experience it for Father's Day. We of course had a reservation and it was very disorganized. He loves omelets, the fact that all there was to add was tomato and onion, no cheese or any other veggies, was a disappointment. The waffle bar was also a disappointment because they were made and just sitting out getting cold. The other items in the buffet were not replenished as they should have...
