“Used to enjoy coming here but recently there food has been declining. Chicken used to taste like it was actually grilled and would be very favorable. Now its taste frozen and has this wierd after taste. Their rice is a bit to chewy.Update* Huge improvement since last time I came. Which ever cook you have now, keep him. Food was amazing once again. Would come back anytime“

“You, over there stop it!!! Yes YOU! I see you over there inhaling a waaay overpriced greasy burger and fries combo. What did it cost? $15? More???
Just put it down slowly, back away, and come to Yasai instead. At Yasai, for less than $12, your Chicken Breast Plate includes:
A generous amount of Chicken broiled perfectly with a delicious sauce.
Skewered Vegetables.
Two different types of salad.
A small container of rice.
No I don't work for Yasai, but I will accept an, ahem, gratuity. As long as it's paid in food.“

“I've been coming here for 10+ years and the food has always been solid. They've gotten a little less generous with portions and ingredients (e.g. the mushroom soondubu used to include a bunch of enoki but that disappeared a few years ago) but I still enjoy it. Service always prompt and the space is clean and tidy.

“Tried this place after I finished with the doctor around the corner. I was overall impressed. Can't imagine doing better if you're hankering for some teriyaki in the area.
Service was prompt. Even after they just finished a To-Go order for several people. It only took about 10 minutes before I got all the food I ordered. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The place inside is pretty plain looking.
I noticed most people were getting their orders ahead and picking them up.
I decided to try two things. Teriyaki chicken burrito and Udon with beef. Also they have their House Made Ginger sauce that would probably be good on anything, but was great on my burrito.
Rice in the burrito was delicious! Was the same color as teriyaki sauce. I don't know how they did it, but I loved it! Chicken was obviously really good with it too.
Was a good size burrito, I didnt think it alone would fill me up, but actually with all the rice I was quite full.
I had a few bites of the Udon I ordered before I asked for a To-Go container. Was also really good. The noodles had a beefy taste and the beef was also very flavorful.
I suggest trying the Ginger Sauce they make also. I don't think I'd say it's especially ginger-ey. It's more sweet then anything. So even if you're not crazy about Ginger. You really should try it.“
