First of all they deliver 6 days a week and are closed Sundays which is perfect and same day that we close. They have good quality and good prices. The best part about Ingardia is that I can get fresh produce and fresh fish delivered to my restaurant everyday and put in my walk-in fridge before I get there which is awesome.
