It's hard to separate the various categories from one another since the person at the cash register really only has to just get the order right without confrontation to allow you to be on your way at the drive through. If they have a mental health issue it kind of frustrates me. However for the most part these guys try their best, but after this morning. I agree with 3 stars. Try harder. Have a nice day

There's usually homeless people outside due to its proximity to the local shelter , but they mean no harm. The food here is always prepared fast and decent and the employees r super friendly.

not the employee fault, no way you can operate a jack in the box with two visible employees. they do what they can even though customers are not happy with the speed of service. thanks to both employees on 7/16 at noon.
