The Jamba Juice employee was rude and disrespectful from the moment I approached the counter. She tossed my drink straw toward me without a word, showing no basic courtesy or friendliness. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and she clearly had no interest in assisting customers. The register area was unattended for extended periods, leaving customers waiting unnecessarily. The location itself was in a shameful state, with visible messes and poor upkeep. Overall, the experience reflected a complete lack of customer service standards and store pride.

Looking at the reviews now I can see I should have expected the service I got. I placed an order at the kiosk and waited while both workers left the front and disappeared. I wanted a while before going back up to ask about my order and they said they didn’t have one. He flipped around his screen and said where is it? And I had to point it out.

When he said, “sorry I was busy” is what really threw me off. Busy doing what? Not busy serving the paying customers.

Abysmal service. Is suppose the drink was fine.

Okay correct me if I’m wrong, but i honestly didn’t see any signs at the front that said they didn’t accept cash. So i got to the front, and the worker kept walking past me and looking at me then finally got up to me, who had a $20 bill in my hand, and i ordered. She asked if i was paying cash. I said yes and i handed it to her and said “we don’t do cash” and walked away. I got my money but i still feel like its odd no?

I visited
with my two little girls, and the large açaí bowl is the perfect portion for them to share. I politely asked to pay for an extra cup so they could split it easily, but the owner responded with, “Are you trying to save money?”—and said it in a very rude tone. I was surprised and disappointed by such unnecessary attitude. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect when you’re willing to pay extra for a simple request.

The only food place that I have ever rated one star because they broke the cardinal rule. As a paying customer after purchasing three smoothies, I asked them for a glass of water and they said they have no water😂

The guy that’s working is literally hiding in the back and pretending not to hear anyone and also took all of the self service kiosks so no one can order. This was on 6/22/2025 at 830am. The guy has long hair and a beard. I hope owner sees this to correct this type of work ethic.

I ordered at the self-service kiosk since no one was at the counter. When an employee finally appeared, he didn’t acknowledge me, just started making my drink. After blending it, he placed it on the counter and walked away without a word—no greeting, no straw, no thank you. The lack of customer service was disappointing.

I’ve come here numerous times between 3:30 and 5:30 but it’s completely shut down and no one working. Don’t waste your time coming here!

Going back to Seattle after a long trip, I stopped by to grab a Mega Mango smoothie from the Jamba stand for a snack before the flight.

The server did not look like she cared, and the smoothie said it all. It was very mediocre, but did not taste bad enough to indicate that the fruit had gone bad. On the plane back, I experienced the worst food poisoning I have ever had, vomit rushing to my mouth. I held it in until we arrived and immediately threw up in the Seatac Seattle bathroom. But it did not stop there, when I got home, my stomach ached for over 48 hours, vomiting another three times, not able to hold anything down.

From my past experiences at Jamba, this is not the first time I was food poisoned at a Jamba franchise. I will no longer be ordering from Jamba as it is too much of a risk for my health and well-being.

Additionally, I know that the food poisoning came from the smoothie, since everything else was shared amongst friends, except the Jamba. The most frustrating and disappointing experience I've had all year.

Thanks Jamba!

Worker was extremely rude. There's a spot when ordering at the kiosk to put in "special requests". I asked for a different cup so I wouldn't have to use the plastic one. She refused to give me a different cup and was very rude about it. She wanted to charge me $1 for the cup. I wasn't asking for more smoothie. Just a different cup. Not sure what her problem was. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a pumpkin smash (seasonal fall drink). It was made fresh to order and didn’t take more than three minutes. There was one person in front of me before I ordered. The staff was super friendly. Prices are elevated, but that’s any place in the airport.

It was 3 pm and there was no staff there. I submitted my order on the ipad thinking someone would come as soon as I submitted it. It was a good five minutes after the order was placed and no one came. Had to walk to the pizza place next door and wave to the chatting group in the back so someone would come help me. When they came to the jamba side, they didn’t even acknowledge me, just blended the juixce really quick and dismissed me.

stopped here before our flight and had awesome customer service by Gloria. The counter is order by Kiosk but she was patient and super efficient ready to start making our smoothie as soon as we made a decision !
