Freddy’s is a fantastic cafe in Irvine. It’s close to the airport and 405 freeway, located next to Colab space on the lower level parking garage. You can also park at Colab Space and walk over—it’s directly next door.
I ordered the BLTA and my mom and sister both got sandwiches as well. The quality was excellent and the service was even better! Prices were very affordable—especially for Irvine. The sourdough bread was so good-I recommend it.

1. The breakfast sandwich was well-crafted, and it came with a delicious sauce on the side!
2. The spot has chill casual vibes! The interior is cozy!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready after 10 mins!
Note: I did not easily see a restroom available for customers!

I got their Tuna Salad sandwich and enjoyed it. It was filling for lunch. Parked in the parking garage - the parking ticket was validated upon request. Small menu. I saw past photos posted by other users on Google & Yelp showing a matcha drink, but when I inquired about it, they were not serving it. I did not see many salad options. I would not come back anytime soon because its not a convenient location and hours are also limited.
