In the last year quality has slipped a bit and the tablet they use to scan customers from the smartphone app is always "not working" when I have tried to pay using the app. The brueggers app is decent, but the way it was implemented in stores is cumbersome - employees have to use a separate tablet to scan a customer's app code, and then enter the info into the cash register. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, courteous and hard working. Good people serving the community.Love coming here in the morning. Come before 7:30 AM otherwise the parking lot can be very crowded.

Come here if you’ve got an hour or so before your flight at Santa Ana airport. Yeah it’s not “cheap” and Starbucks is next door but the food is good, the service is stellar and the vibe calms you down before or after your TSA trauma. Plenty of options, clean bathrooms, beware of parking time restrictions in the lot but it’s minutes away from the terminals. Don’t bother with the El Torito or airport food courts.Vegetarian options: Bagels aren’t made of meat.
