Food delicious, we got menudo, green pozole, and Mole rojo. Authentic Mexican food. Friendly and courteous service. Of course I will recommend this place to eat and I'll come back soon.

I accidentally stumbled into La Costeñita—best accident ever, lol!
The food is unique compared to other Mexican restaurants. The style is from Costa Chica, Guerrero, Mexico, to be exact. The dishes are very well-seasoned, hearty, and full of soul—you can truly taste the culture in it. It's very authentic. The portions aren't overly aggressive, but the flavor never disappoints.
I found myself visiting this place every Sunday for two months, just ordering random things to discover new flavors. Here, I found what I was missing in Mexican cuisine. It isn't just tacos, tortas, or quesadillas; nope! Here, it's more like your meat-and-potatoes place, with hearty, warm, soulful soups and fruit drinks that are almost like dessert.
The atmosphere isn't the best; I just think it lacks in this area because it's a small storefront with limited seating, and the crowds keep them busy, so you should get there early.
The customer service is polite and straightforward. They are bilingual and helpful. This place is for those who want more than just a taco, more than just horchata, and for those who have a big appetite for flavor.

A very small place it was very hot and smell like dirty clothes with that I was not able to enjoy my food or the flavor. Also the girl helping us with our order look like had a bad day she was not friendly at all ( she was the one with more weight) Not recommended or planning to go back

The food is good but the owner has a bad attitude. I only go for the food, but the service is average. Victor, the owner's son, is friendlier.

Bad experience served by a lady with a very bad character, she doesn't know how to serve customers well and with a way of answering you, I think she is the owner because she bossed all the cooks around in a very loud manner. The prices are very high and finally the goat birria is more bone than meat

I do not recommend this place. I went to eat with my family and the lady who charges, I don't know if she is the owner, we are forced to use things, just because the table that we cleared had a notebook and we moved it to the wall and it didn't get wet because of it. Why did we ask for water thinking that it was an important notebook although it is already very old because that was the reason for the lady to regret us saying that she was working that it was a very important notebook I said sorry and still She left very upset, so my family and I had better leave the place because it takes a long time to serve you and the prices are very high for everything. what a bad experience you have
