Says it closes @10pm but the employees working always want to leave early and 9:30 already have the doors blocked with cart and locked. If you close your business @10 that doesn’t mean you close before to start cleaning and leave @10. You close at the losing time and start cleaning and leave after that time. Lazy asses maybe don’t work.

I ordered some fruit and the quality of it was terrible. The pineapple was obviously passed its date and should’ve been thrown out ages ago and the mango was a squishy mess. I brought it to an employees attention and without acknowledging me they decided to make me a new one without pineapple instead of offering a refund or anything. I would’ve been fine with it if they didn’t give me bad fruit again. By that point I just decided to walk out without a refund. I would give zero stars if possible.

How sad! This could be a great business, the ice creams look great but we waited for over 15 mins to get an ice cream when the place was empty but the staff really didn't give a s***. One kept doing god knows what in the kitchen without a care for customers while the other was on a break looking at her phone while we were waiting. Some customers who arrived after us also left because they were sick of waiting. Whoever owns this business needs to give their staff a wake up call as they're loosing A LOT of customers...
