Waited over an hour after the app said my order was complete to get breadsticks and puffs. Idk what’s wrong with this place but i’d go literally to any other location before i come back to this one.
I came in to order pizza man had saw me many times, and never attended to the front counter, waited roughly 10 minutes before I decided to call and make my order, but no one even answer the phone… there are rude and disrespectful to customers and talk to much. Especially the girls.

Went for late pick up my husband's brother n 2 kids visiting from vegas right before they closed went for pizza but waited about an hr for 2 pizzas with cheese crust, we kept asking why so long n how much longer they said i dont know several times we almost took off n bought something else but child with disability wanted pizza from little Caesars so we waited pizza was not hot when we got home 6minutes later, we didn't get the dips n missed to ask for our cheese breads but oh well over all after heating pizza it was soft n flavorful

This is the third time they have delayed an order for this reason. I asked them for my money. They are very arrogant and the managers hide among themselves. Ordered on the App for in store pickup, 5 items. Upon pickup, I noticed 1 item was wrong. Didn't have the time to wait for a remake, so I asked to cancel the wrong pizza and keep the rest of the order. Since I used a promo code, for 2 of the correct items, I was told they could no longer honor it if I cancelled the wrong item. Manager refuse to credit the promo code or offer a discount on a new order even though they are the ones who messed up. I was told I would have to pay full price or leave the items behind, and lose the promo code all together. Terrible customer service, ended up losing the code and leaving the items behind.
