It's easy when the pizza port actually works, but it often doesn't. We've also had experiences where we got the notification that the food is ready, but it's not in the port, and we have to wait while they put together the order.

The shopping center it's in is dirty, skuzzy, not somewhere you'd want to hang out. The Little Ceasars storefront is tiny, and people squish in to order and wait.

The only thing going...

I don't go to this location and expect anything above 1 star customer service and trust me you don't get. Floor is always dirty. They're stingy with the extra toppings. Come on managers do better training.

I went to a Little Caesars in Santa Ana and got the pretzel pizza. It was so good. But I bought it for someone else so I only had a bite but it was hot and really good. So the next day I decided to go and get one for myself I went to this particular Little Caesars and it was not as hot and fresh as the other one in Santa Ana and since it's the same chain of pizzas I judged it off of another same chain same Pizza different location pizza was nowhere near as fresh and good...
