Lucky Chinese Food (Harbor Blvd) serves very fresh and delicious Chinese food with a welcoming staff. The Deep Fried Fish & Chicken Wings are the best, and the 3 item combo includes orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and garlic wings, though the beef portion was skimpy with mostly broccoli. The line is big because the food and amount are unbelievable and good. The 2 ladies up front are the nicest and very attentive, working hard to give you the best. Highly recommended.
