Best boba in Southern California. I got their Ube speciality drink half sweet last night and it was so good. My kiddo got a crème brûlée brown sugar matcha and they did brûlée the top with a torch. It’s such a great place. Worth the tricky parking for sure.

The best coffee shop in Santa Ana's downtown, particularly in the 4th St. Market area

Parking: Parking structure allows the first 45 minutes free then two dollars per hour

Banana foster milk 50% sweet w boba:
Soooooo good! Delicious banana cinnamon flavor! The brown sugar boba is perfect (no raisin flavor) and the texture is nice and squishy! 5/5

Assam black 25% sweet:
A little watery but good assam flavor. 3/5
