I would like to ask who cooked the fried chicken dinner? I would recommend it 10/10 it is so good! I have it 4-5 times a month! And the crispy French fries are delicious with the seasoning!

Been going to Lucky guys since I was a Kid. Never had an issue. Until today, with the older lady that works there shes been the for a while also. However it seems today was not her Day to give good customer service. A simple question of what is in the burgers. Made her answer that what they always put on it. I did emphasized that she had a bad day and once I started giving her what I needed to order she ignore me and started getting and order from the drive thru didn’t even apologize just had a younger lady finish our order. I did go ahead and placed my order with her since she had a better attitude and apologize for the other old lady service. It seems she did not care about making a sale. I know also work customer service and I do understand some days we dont feel like been there, in that case dont show up for work. Customer service is Key for a Restaurant to bring people in.

My sister was in town and wanted pastrami, so we tried Lucky Guy's Burgers abs loved it. She got the pastrami combo, and I got the jalapeño burger combo with substituted chili cheese fries. We loved it.

Well since this is close to my house. I decided to go get some food. I should of look other options before going there. THEY HAVE REALLY BAD SERVICE. CASHIER GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND SHE GOT MAD INSTEAD OF HELPING. DONT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE. NEVER AGAIN.

Well we came tried it out BUT NEVER AGAIN. Over all food nothing to say amazed the breakfast was very bland and hot cakes were dry. Ask for the prices too expensive for food That is bland no flavor. And we definitely won't go back thanks to the crapy cashier she sucked poor customer service. You can't substitute something simple as for hash Browns over eggs...funny to say the cook even questioned it and look at us with the face like , sorry , guys and shrugged his shoulders and nodded his head. My recommendation drive up a little bit.Go to Norms for those prices.... And you'll get better customer service And they allow substitutes.
