Please double and triple check your kids drinks! I was given an already opened chocolate milk with my daughter’s happy meal. Thankfully I was able to notice before she could drink. (She’s small and unable to open the milk alone hence why I noticed it). Immediately called the store within 20 minutes of my order and was never answered. I called about 40 times back to back. This is completely unacceptable, disgusting and unsanitary to say the least! WHO WAS DRINKING THE MILK AND PUT IT BACK?? HEALTH DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY!!

Whoever works at 12:10 am and is a girl, HORRIBLE service. Giving straight attitude to my mother, I understand she’s probably tired and over this job but doesn’t give right to disrespect customers. and we asked her if she had put all the food in our bag. And forget our burgers and sandwiches, AND OUR FRIES HAVE NO SALT! Like damn dawg how much do you hate ur job😭😭
This location provided excellent customer service. There was an employee waiting to assist you with the ordering kiosk, I've never seen that before. She was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good, hot, fresh and presentable. The restaurant itself has some slight noticeable wear & tear, but was clean & in good order so overall we had a great experience. Good job team!

I visited McDonald’s in Huntington Beach, and found it generally clean, efficient, and convenient for a quick meal. Drive-thru is usually smooth and staff are friendly. The classic menu is consistent, though portion sizes feel slightly smaller than they used to be. I did encounter a couple service hiccups with mobile orders, but overall it’s a dependable fast-food choice.
