Horrible service! Employees do not greet you with a friendly attitude. Most walk around looking like the living dead. This particular McD's is going down the drain.
The manager needs to train the employees to be a bit more customer friendly.
The food items continue to decrease in size, while the prices continue going up.

The service here is awful I order my food and I ask if I can borrow a pen because I had to finish up a page for school work not only the girl in the front but 3 people looked at me like I was crazy telling me there are no pens at Al here the girl in the front tho was so spaced has no good work ethic marieannn and the lady who I assumed was the manager said when she gets back from the bathroom would get me a pen I wait and then she comes back says we have no pen here I mean I know iam at McDonald's not staples but the way they acted about it upset me in the end they gave me a pen and I finished my homework. Makes me want to go to a out of the way McDonald's next time just so I don't have to deal with them the food was ok

First I want to start off with the service. The service here sucks so much. When you are about to place a order, they don’t give a damn they give you an attitude. At all but majority of them they do. This McDonald’s almost always get my order wrong. To the point I have to check and unwrap my food to see if they didn’t make a mistake. The food it’s alright you get what you pay for. Overall it the service is just bad. How are they going to raise their pay to $20/hr when they are going to put minimum effort.
