This location provided excellent customer service. There was an employee waiting to assist you with the ordering kiosk, I've never seen that before. She was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good, hot, fresh and presentable. The restaurant itself has some slight noticeable wear & tear, but was clean & in good order so overall we had a great experience. Good job team!

I visited McDonald’s in Huntington Beach, and found it generally clean, efficient, and convenient for a quick meal. Drive-thru is usually smooth and staff are friendly. The classic menu is consistent, though portion sizes feel slightly smaller than they used to be. I did encounter a couple service hiccups with mobile orders, but overall it’s a dependable fast-food choice.

There were too many unruly homeless and/or druggies outside and inside. Officers stopped to tell loiterers to leave the short amount of time I was there. I got only 1 item at the drive-thru so it was fairly fast. The staff are just there to do their job so they didn't seem polite or friendly but I can understand that considering the area and type of people loitering around this McDonald's location.
