I ordered the garlic noodles plain without any added protein and was charged a discounted rate to reflect that. The flavor was delicious! The garlic noodles had plenty of sauce, they were thick and tasty, and the portion was filling.
We also shared the popcorn chicken with mild spice. It was certainly fresh and came out hot. The flavor was good, it was a little bit dry but the dipping sauce helped.
We stopped here to eat before a concert. Service was friendly...

Hole in the wall Vietnamese place. But limited menu choices. None of the usual rice, soups, or pho. Salads, Garlic noodles and sort of Bahn Mi sandwiches with pork, chicken, or shrimp options. Small inside dining.

I used to frequent Nyuyen's Kitchen in NB until the meat to rice ratios became atrocious. I hadn’t been back in over a year, but decided to give this branch a try, and they did a great job. Not only was the pork nicely caramelized, but the ratios were finally on point.
