They closed for good recently. Sorry to see them go.The food was great, I'll miss it.They were plagued with outrageous Natural Gas fees, and Covid didn't help either.I wish them success in the future.

Not sure what changed since the reviews and pictures I saw but the food was different from pictures and what was listed on the menu descriptions. For example, the shiitake mushroom stir fry didn't come with all the veggies (instead came with celery and rice) and all of the rice dishes used overcooked rice. Wanted to like this place but very disappointing.

Clean, spacious inside with ample parking. Ordered their Orange Chicken w/rice, Hong Kong style Beef Chow Fun, and the Black Pepper Beef w/rice. It was plenty of food for two adults plus some leftovers. Also affordable. The service was great! Friendly and quick service. Food came out under 10 minutes so the entrees were fresh and hot. Beef was moist and juicy, rice was nice and fluffy, orange chicken tender with a crunch on the outside. So good! Definitely recommend if you've got a craving for Chinese food.

Tried the soups, watery and tasteless, should try other dishes to judge

We have been enjoying the food here since pre-pandemic days.Under lockdown in 2020, the place was closed. It later reopenedfor takeout only, and now has dine-in as well as takeout.Hubby and I are always greeted warmly. The restaurant name does not do it justice. Besides chow fun and chow mein noodle dishes, there are soups, appetizers, and stir-fried dishes available, too.The Beef Chow Fun Hong Kong style is a favorite.Today, I chose the Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings. Good-sized flats cooked to order with a nice level of spice and topped with green onions and chili peppers.Hubby ordered the Kung Pao with chicken. Generous amount of chicken, but I would have liked smaller-sized pieces to eat with the plastic fork. It comes on a big bed of white rice. The star of today's order was the Hot and Sour Soup. The "Half Order" was easily enough for the two of us. It is delicious. An unassuming place located close to the 55 freeway in a shopping center at Irvine Boulevard and Tustin Avenue that never seems crowded, but also has a good amount of takeout business.I agree with an earlier reviewer about the paucity of good, reasonable Cantonese restaurants with the exit of SW BBQ, Sam Woo (BBQ and Seafood), and King's in Orange.

Sunday night dinner, no line and empty restaurant but a lot of to go orders.Ordered the house special chicken, beef chow fun and crispy basil chicken appetizers.House special chicken was big chunks for fried chicken breast meat. All pieces were juicy and and the sauce was a savory and slightly sweet soy. Big portions and I enjoyed the white meat which was a change. The beef chow fun comes with a lot of beef and pretty standard chow fun. Nice wok hei flavor.Crispy basil chicken is the same chicken size that's comes in the house special chicken, tossed in a jalapeño basil salt. Overall good change to your standard American Chinese place, I would probably skip the basil chicken if you are going to order another chicken dish. Dine in if you can and eat it fresh, food came out fast. Nice family business

Noodle place has been my go to spot for the last couple of years. They always have my order ready in 5-10 minutes and get it right every time. The food is amazing!

Still one of THE BEST Chinese Food places in OC. High quality ingredients, especially the chicken. FRESH. AUTHENTIC. Made from scratch. Portions are HUGE and can be easily stretched for 2-3 meals, and at $12ish an entree it's a no-brainer. Family-owned, super nice staff. Prices barely increased relative to pandemic ingredient/etc. costs. Go with the House Special Chicken or Orange Chicken, and then pick another entree in the flavor of your liking. One of the best Hot & Sour soups I've ever had, the Crispy Garlic Tofu and Basil Chicken appetizers are awesome also. The other Noodle Soups are a little plain to others, but that's just the style of how it's served. Not really meant to be a savory main dish. Order Online on their website for easy, fast pickup! Tons of parking in a shared complex, and a UPS Store in the plaza that closes at 7pm as a bonus.

Holy cow. This place is exactly what I was looking for and what is missing in OC. Fresh high quality ingredients, like high quality chicken breast, huge portion sizes and tons of flavor. I had the highly recommended house chicken with garlic noodles. It came out so piping hot, but I couldnt stop shoveling it in my mouth. After finally coming up for air, I came to fully stuffed only to find I had over half of my meal left. And to translate that, I can EAT. If I have leftovers then 99.9999% of you will to. The portion size is that large. Dare I say this has to be a candidate for "best meal under $15 in OC"? It's that good.

Incredibly fast service and great tasting food. Their wings were a little pricey for what I got but their soup and fried rice more than made up for it.

We can recommend this Chinese Restaurant called NOODLE PLACE on 4th and Tustin Ave. Not only they are generous with their portions, the food is delicious. We ordered combination fried rice and combination Chow Mien. Very flavorful. We will definitely go back and try other dishes.
