Panini Kabob Grill - Santa Ana

Food was delicious. Staff was not as good as other panini I have been to. They couldn’t have cared less we were there/ forgot so many things we asked for. My dad had to get up from outside and literally go to the counter.

Ordered steak panini with romaine salad(meat lacked seasoning overall good), shrimp skewer with romaine salad with balsamic rice(great flavor & loved rice), steak skewer with Mediterranean salad(meat reminded me of meat loaf nice surprise, loved salad), chicken skewer with romaine salad(great flavor chicken, well balanced with salad), side hummus with different flavors and flaffel all great flavors. My only improvement would be having to request for refill water, today was really hot outside. All and all great food and great atmosphere.

Service took forever, didn't come by to refill are drinks. The 2 salads you get with the family meal are so bland, no flavor. The Mediterranean salad, just taste like oil was on it nothing else.
Service was the worst though!
A $6.00 house salad at Norms is a 100 times better then this !

Really bad service on Mother’s Day. People were waiting up to 2 hours past their pick up time. My pick up was at 445pm, and I don’t get my order until 6:30. I hope Panini can figure out a back up plan when “their website crashes” because the wait was awful. My family didn’t get to spend as much time together as we wanted because of the delay.

Pretty sad when we finally get to the counter after waiting in a very long line and the guy says sorry we are not taking any orders for at least 1 hour, especially when a lady just came out and said we are busy and take out will take 40 minutes. Don’t waste our time and make us wait if you are just going to turn us away. Very pathetic and poor staff performance.

Had a great experience at Panini Kabob Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and really well-prepared.

If you’re vegetarian, the veg platter is highly recommended — it comes with a delicious variety and everything tastes super fresh and satisfying. Perfect balance of flavors and a great portion size too.

Overall, a solid place for a healthy and tasty meal. Would definitely go back!
