Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This has got to be the worst canes out there some how my coleslaw was warm and my chicken and fries were cold ive been to multiple canes and never had food this bad.

Will continue to go in the one in fountain valley but never the one in santa ana

I had a great experience at this store, and I want to recognize the store manager, Stephanie. She was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Stephanie went out of her way to assist customers and made the dinner experience very pleasant. It’s clear she cares about both the restaurant and the people who come in. Nice patio, drive up very unsafe,having there employees walk in front of running cars. Between the building and the cars driving through no space.They need to change it before someone get hurt .

Wanted to eat in because of the weather. Food was good! But the place was dirty. All the tables need wiping down. There were some people eating inside. All the places we wanted to sit needed the table wiped down. I asked girl at counter. can I have something to clean the table because All the tables were dirty. She reluctantly grabbed some wipes and came cleaned our table and a few others. But overall Food was Good!👍🏼Just need some cleaning.

girl at the register today was so rude. they consistently give you small tenders despite asking for bigger pieces. they purposely get your order wrong just bc you ask for modifications for your order like you’re not a paying customer. quit if you don’t like your job. don’t come to this Canes
