Thank you for great service and sweet Waiter. We had a great time there. It was my first time here after years and we really enjoyed the food. I wish the fries in the basket was more. It doesnt look welcoming. When you offer a refill you should own it. Just an opinion.

My Grand kids love Red Robbin and they were treated royally by Alex. The service was fantastic, very efficient and courteous.
Food arrived hot and tasted very good.
The kids meals were hot and they enjoyed it very much.

Food was OK because it was on special if it wasn’t on special it would’ve gotten a two star. The Caesar salad tasted guilty. The burgers were small. Service was pretty good even though he was overwhelmed. They need additional help. It was an OK value, but not the red Robin I remember from years ago they have definitely Downgraded a bit.
