Found myself at John Wayne Airport a few weeks ago, and was pleasantly surprised to find they had a Ruby's Diner. Unfortunately, they were out of coffee and didn't sell ice-cream. I've never been to a diner before that was out of coffee and didn't sell ice-cream. Kind of like going to a bar and them being out of beer, or going to a bakery and them being out of pastries. Shout out to Tony Z (hope i spelled that right). Tony provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. They were incredibly friendly and very attentive -- anticipating all of my needs before I could even ask. The cocktails were also great :)
Giving this place five stars just for Lily and the friendly, hardworking staff.
