We were here on a Tuesday morning so your mileage may vary, but the tuna melt may have been the best sandwich I've ever had. It had me looking to see if a Ruby's diner was in our state. Drinks and service were good as well, above average for any restaurant not just airports.
Ruby’s Diner at SNA Airport is outstanding! The employees here are some of the hardest-working I’ve ever seen — friendly, fast, and always on top of everything even when it’s busy. The food comes out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked every time. The service is amazing, and the whole place has that classic, welcoming Ruby’s vibe. Easily one of the best spots to grab a meal before a flight!
Used to love this place prior to a flight. Reasonable price for a sit down restaurant, fast service, etc…nothing creative on the menu, just normal diner food. Here’s the thing…what is the point of a waitress when you use an app to order and pay? Robots are coming soon! I know, I know..the whole, “get off my lawn” old complaint.
