The lady that's taking orders in the morning has a very bad attitude It appears that she doesn't like her job or she doesn't like working in the morning I totally get it I work graveyard shifts I don't like working overnights but guess what I don't bring my emotions and problems to work. Pulled up Thursday night around 9 pm. Placed my order through the app. I pull in to the drive through and they give us our drinks and tell us to pull up to the front. Takes em a few mins to give it to us. When we get home and eat it the meat was dry. As if it had been reheated with no flavor and hardly any cheese in my crunchwrap & beefy burrito. Overall shitty location to get taco bell.

Constantly missing items but today was the worst🤦🏻♀️ my husband got there to pick up the order with my name and they said someone already picked it up? Supposedly they checked the persons phone to make sure the order was theirs, i really doubt it🙄 exactly my name. and same order #?🤔 i ordered through the tacobell app for us to p/u so a rando delivery person wouldnt have my order. They said they couldnt remake it or refund and i have to go through the app help, i did, just got an email saying theyd contact me soon, they still havent
