This was seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Taco Bell. I placed a $49 order for a quick late night dinner. In a nutshell this is what happened......
Someone came in and claimed my order as theirs and left with my order. After waiting 35 min I approached the manager and asked if it would me much longer? She looked at me in a daze not understanding what I was asking. Come to find out someone took my meal. I asked for any sort of refund for my time wasted waiting. Maria the manager said sure! And issued a full refund and stated they would reMake my order. Another 25 minutes go by and I go back up to the counter asking if it would be much longer and the girl was puzzled. I explained what had happened and she said you were refunded because you didn't want your meal. That was not true I was refunded because the manager gave some stranger my $49 order after ringing me up and seeing the order was clearly myn. I will never ever go to this location EVER again. Horrible horrible experience. Go next door to McDonalds instead at least they will give you what you order in a timely fashion. I work in customer service and if ever my co workers or I conducted ourselves like Maria and her crew tonight, everyone on shift would get a hefty write up and be put on a probation period for customer service evaluation.

The tacos we ordered had very little food in them. Not at all as the pictures advertised. I was told that's the way they are sent form the supplier!!! The manager gave us complimentary tacos to make up for the lack of food.

The lady that's taking orders in the morning has a very bad attitude It appears that she doesn't like her job or she doesn't like working in the morning I totally get it I work graveyard shifts I don't like working overnights but guess what I don't bring my emotions and problems to work. Hey life is hard I get it but showing up your bad attitude in the morning just because I asked a simple question I don't know what your deal How about a happy day or don't up to you

Pulled up Thursday night around 9 pm. Placed my order through the app. I pull in to the drive through and they give us our drinks and tell us to pull up to the front. Takes em a few mins to give it to us. When we get home and eat it the meat was dry. As if it had been reheated with no flavor and hardly any cheese in my crunchwrap & beefy burrito. Overall shitty location to get taco bell.

Horrible customer service, I ask to use the restroom, employee tells me, the restroom is close and I ask okay, I’ll wait, employee tell me, I won’t open the restroom because I just cleaned them, I tell him that fine, I’ll wait, employee tell me, no, I won’t open the restroom till tomorrow… smh… last time I come to this location

Constantly missing items but today was the worst🤦🏻♀️ my husband got there to pick up the order with my name and they said someone already picked it up? Supposedly they checked the persons phone to make sure the order was theirs, i really doubt it🙄 exactly my name. and same order #?🤔 i ordered through the tacobell app for us to p/u so a rando delivery person wouldnt have my order. They said they couldnt remake it or refund and i have to go through the app help, i did, just got an email saying theyd contact me soon, they still havent
