I love CBTL; their tea drinks are great. However, the staff at this location on 17th St. is unfriendly and does not practice basic courtesy or customer engagement. I can order drinks that are tasty and served quickly, but for 99% of my visits not one employee will greet me, make eye contact, smile, engage in any light conversation, say thank you or you're welcome. They barely acknowledge that there are customers in front of them. The atmosphere here is somber - like a sad...

Ive been coming here since covid and have never had a bad experience. I alwasy get the same Swedish berries Iced tea and it never disappoints!
Alexia is so nice to me ALL the time! The rest of the staff are great too! I just wish youd go back to the same later hours during the week. It was so nice to get off from work and grab my favorite Iced tea before heading home ):
