The Golden Hot Fried Chicken

The Nashville chicken sandwich was tasteless and the spices they used were just bitter. The traditional smashed burger was just okay, like in and out quality. Overall at 15-16 dollars an item this is not worth it all

The reason I tried this place is because the worker was so nice and greeted me and answered all my questions about the menu and so that level of service made me want to patronize this business. I got the Smashburger with fries and was shocked. The burger was actually really delicious. There was a great char on the burger, a great flavor it was really good. The shock comes from the fries. The fries smelled heavenly. They smelled delicious to the point where I was walking home and I wanted to eat them on the street because I could smell them through the bag. I opened the container with my fries, I was surprised as the fries were so undercooked they were limp they weren’t crispy at all and when I ate them, it was literally like I was eating a boiled potato. I don’t understand how they could smell so good and yet have no flavor at all. I wish I was exaggerating. I tried almost half the fries to try and find the source of this amazing seasoning I smelled but had to spit them out because I was literally eating something with no flavor. Was it the end of the world? No. But in this economy, you need the food that you buy from a restaurant to be outstanding because you’re spending your hard earned money and this just was so disappointing. My first time and last time at this restaurant.

Burgers were Meh. Especially when you pay 75 dollars for 3 burgers. I was wowed. Thought I was in a 5 star burger joint. Nothing special about it.

I got the fish and shrimp tacos to go. tortillas were cold not fully cooked. Like when you get up to cook tortillas at home, because you didn't cook enough the first time and need 2 more and it feels like forever so you dont let it finish cooking because your bomb Chile con carne thats the last bites is waiting and want to keep the momentum going. So you dont cook the tortilla fully just half way. These ones weren't even to the half way cooked marked. But oddly soft enough where they didn't break.
The batter on the fish tacos was not crispy enough but cooked, yet My hubby said his fish was cold. Missing lemon for my taco.
Food flavor: I would say the flavor overall is okay. The Chile Serrano was spicy how I like it.

i like it but i wish the flavors were the same as it was before it use to be so good but now idk what happen the flavors change its not as good as before the macaroni doesnt really taste as good as before

I was fairly disappointed with this place. The food was decent but not my favorite there was not a ton of flavor but the food came out fresh at least. It did take a long time to get the food out they seemed understaffed. The service was alright they just hung out in the back of the kitchen talking while we were waiting to order and we had to make it very clear we wanted to order just to get someone to come up and take our order. Once we got our order they forgot some of our food condiments that they offered us so we had to go back and request those. Overall wasn’t a great experience. I probably won’t be coming back here again. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I ordered a single smash burger and this is what I got. I grabbed my food and sat down, realized that the order wasn’t correct, and immediately went back. The buns were soggy and deflated from all the margarine. It seems like it’s been sitting there for a while. It was just bread, meat, cheese and no condiments, pickles or onions at all! Well, they closed the gate and wouldn’t come over to talk to me, they kept washing dishes and putting things away. I asked 3 times for at least some pickles and they kept saying, “I’ll be over in 2 minutes” so after 5 min of waiting I walked away and ate my soggy plain burger. Why didn’t they tell me they were out of ingredients or something? Why did they avoid talking to me? Pretty bad service.

I am really disappointed because I ordered food to-go and the burger was not included in the bag. I enjoyed the rest of the food, but it was a huge buzzkill to waste money on the missing item.
