Chef Ramon Velasquez has done it again. We have enjoyed his other restaurants (Corazon and Comedor), and this one is just as special. We tried Ceviche Cuixmala, Tuna Tostada, Suadero taco, and the Wagyu Ribeye. All were fantastic, but the Wagyu Ribeye taco might have been one of the best tacos I have ever had. It was amazing. This place will now be a regular stop whenever we are in town.

Visiting from NYC   I stumbled on this place visiting Rori’s. Starving from lunch, I was excited to try it out. I ordered the Rib eye chicharron AND OMG so offing delicious. I know this was an expensive area so everyone is probably used to these prices. But this dish was 1000000% worth it. The service was amazing too. I was by myself and they came by only to check-in a few times.

I will say the inside is a completely different...
