I've been coming to Baskin Robbins since I was 10 years old. 45 years later and I’m still loyal to one flavor: Peanut Butter and Chocolate. I’ve never strayed, and honestly, I’ve never needed to. It’s hands down my favorite ice cream in town (sorry, McConnell’s!).
The flavor is just as rich and delicious as I remember from childhood. It’s comforting, nostalgic, and always hits the spot.
Also want to give a shoutout to Salina and staff for the excellent customer service—friendly, efficient, and made the visit even sweeter. Thanks for keeping the tradition alive!

Ice cream is the same great taste as always, but the staff kill this poor place. They are rude, and on a few occasions, I have been there at 8:30 to find they are closed early for cleaning. Just go somewhere else.

Oh, ice cream cake, you frosty delight, Layers of joy, both fluffy and bright. Your chocolate crunchies, a textural surprise, Melting under the gaze of my greedy eyes.
The frosting’s a wonder—so sugary, so thick, I’d put it on everything if it didn’t make me sick. And yet I return, again and again, To grab a slice (or four) with my friends.
As for the store, well, it’s a trip, The freezer door handles could use a grip. The lines are long, and the wait’s no breeze, But good things come to those with a sweet tooth, please!
Behind the counter, the staff is a mix, Some scoop like pros, others... not so quick. But it's hard to be mad when faced with a slice Of an ice cream cake that’s just so *nice*.
So here’s to Baskin Robbins, on State you stand tall, With cakes and cones, you’ve got it all. Your ice cream cake’s the king, without a doubt, I’ll be back soon—when I’ve worked this one out!

Levine was a very rude and attitude girl .. She did not use gloves like the other girl and made a horrible tasting milkshake, which had no strawberry ice cream in it. When I went back to have her made it. She wouldn’t do it over again and told Michel she can do is put the scoop of ice cream didn’t do much for a large Order I would never ever pay in this place again as long as that girl works there . It was not organized when you walk in and the same girl was serving someone she lived with, and the person she lived with, was so rude to one of the other customers there such a bad experience.

There a few place to go to get ice cream in SB. Baskin Robbins s one of them. Its a good choice. You may not think so, becasue Rori's or McConnels is your favorite....but roll back the clock and give this place a try. Gold medal ribbon is my favorite with a sugar cone. You can also get a chocolate dipped sugar cone or a waffle cone! They have a ton of choices. One thing to point out though, is that they also have ice cream cakes. Put that in the memory banks. There is always a good occasion for one of those.

This brings back memories of my childhood! They're one of the best ice cream shops ever!Clean and has everything from scoops to cakes. I had Rocky Road and a shake delivered. 25 min max. Top Notch Ice Cream ❤️

Buyer beware!! Such horrible customer service for 1! Ordered a Caramaleltric Birthday cake last year and received what was pictured and described....this year not so much :( Cake decorater was so rude and wanted to argue with me about my Birthday cake she failed to make properly. She actual told me they stopped that design in the 90s...OK well 2022 is far from the 90s, and why does Baskin Robin's have it on the website then??? She also told me she ran out of chocolate and put maybe a teaspoon of caramel on the top?? Asked for our money back and never received it or even an apology. NEVER AGAIN will we waste our $$ or time.
