Based on reviews, this is the best meal in Santa Barbara. The food is made with care of the ingredients and technique, and the flavors are unmatched. The kimchi tastes fresh, the miso is savory, and the edamame is perfectly steamed. Portions are deceptively huge, and the price is a steal. Mr. Kaz is a 5 star chef in a casual neighborhood place, and his wife is so delightful too. The owners are the sweetest people. Can’t recommend it enough.
