The ambience is cozy, intimate, and friendly, with a great vibe and an amazing playlist. It effortlessly transports guests to the small sushi bars of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, bringing back the nostalgia of Japan. The people behind it are incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Everyone genuinely goes above and beyond to make people feel taken care of; it feels like visiting family. For families, the staff goes out of their way to accommodate young kids with small dessert treats and thoughtful gestures. The service is amazing and wonderful. It is a special experience and a real gem for SB, which has long needed a sushi place of this caliber. Lunch specials are a steal, and dinner is consistently fire. A salmon special on Wednesdays offers half-price menu on salmon sushi. It is usually easy to get a table, though it can get busy. Highly recommend for high-quality sushi without a massive bill.
