Got a asada combo burrito to go & it’s definitely the best in town and most authentic. The meat is perfectly seasoned, the beans taste 100% authentically made. Guacamole is perfectly melted into the burrito and all contents are evenly matched nothing overpowers. The torta is large and was pretty tasty. The ASADA is quite nice. The fresh fish taco was tasty and nicely cooked. The potato taco was very good.
Rudy's provides excellent value - this is the only Rudy's that has Taco Tuesday special rates. Food is plentiful, Steven is a caring employee, the refried beans are excellent - without lard. Prices are good. Am told the hamburgers are good, haven't tried them. The rellenos are excellent, just wish the sauces were labeled. Kudos to the owners and staff for providing a reliable variety of offerings.
