You can't go wrong with Denny's. They always have something for everyone and six adults went for breakfast. Six people got different dishes and they were all good.

Denny's Restaurant is an American gastronomic institution located on State Street in Santa Barbara. This is the only Denny's in Santa Barbara, so for those needing a fix, this is where to get it. Cash, credit & debit cards are accepted. Breakfast is available at all hours, especially in those small hours of the early morning. The environment is nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, patient, and timely; one waiter was amazing and a reason to return. The food was delicious. Specific meals ordered included a build your own omelet with Swiss cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms and spinach, and a grilled turkey sandwich with tomatoes, Swiss cheese and French fries. The only downside was a wait of about 25 minutes for food. The water was crisp and refreshing. One reviewer noted not to use the paper straw, as it ruins the flavor profile of the crisp water.
