There a few place to go to get ice cream in SB. Baskin Robbins s one of them. Its a good choice. You may not think so, becasue Rori's or McConnels is your favorite....but roll back the clock and give this place a try. Gold medal ribbon is my favorite with a sugar cone. You can also get a chocolate dipped sugar cone or a waffle cone! They have a ton of choices. One thing to point out though, is that they also have ice cream cakes. Put that in the memory banks. There is always a good occasion for one of those.

Bday cake gone wrong! We ordered a specific cake that our daughter wanted for her 8th bday party. This cake would serve 12-16 people. When we cut into the cake it was the wrong flavored cake and ice cream. I immediately called the shop to tell them what had happened and asked if they had the correct cake that we ordered. They replied yes but only for 6-8 people. With 12 girls at this party we went ahead and served the wrong cake and I jumped in the car to go get the correct cake. Upon arrival the person working who had helped me earlier asked me if I had brought the other cake back to which I replied, " I did not". She then called her manager to ask what she should do. Her manager said that they were not able to do anything since I hadn't brought the wrong cake back. So, I'm supposed to bring a 12-16 person cake back in exchange for a 6-8 person cake and leave some kids without a slice??? This is just another case of terrible customer service. Just make things right.

Buyer beware!! Such horrible customer service for 1! Ordered a Caramaleltric Birthday cake last year and received what was pictured and described....this year not so much :( Cake decorater was so rude and wanted to argue with me about my Birthday cake she failed to make properly. She actual told me they stopped that design in the 90s...OK well 2022 is far from the 90s, and why does Baskin Robin's have it on the website then??? She also told me she ran out of chocolate and put maybe a teaspoon of caramel on the top?? Asked for our money back and never received it or even an apology. NEVER AGAIN will we waste our $$ or time.

Only went to Baskin Robbins because we had gift cards given to our kids for Christmas. The girl working ran the gift cards but couldn't get them to go through. I told her there was money on them even proceeded to call the number on the back and prove to her the amounts. Instead of trying to figure it out by calling her manager or someone who could possibly help, she said I don't know there is money but I don't know. I didn't mind paying the money but the thing that bummed me out was the little effort given and the inability to at least try to find a solution, very poor customer service last time we'll be back. Anyone want to unused gift cards?

I’ve been here 3 times now each time I have been more than disappointed. They are horribly inconsistent. They never have the same hours and close early most days. They will refuse you service even when they say they will be open. On the website it says they close at 10pm I went there at 8:50 thinking they would be open another hour. They had a sign on the door saying they close at 9pm now and the door was locked so they could go home early. The first time I went here they closed early due to an “emergency”. The 2nd time I went they were closing early due to a bug problem at 8:30 and thankfully I got there at 7:30 expecting to get ice cream but unfortunately there register stopped working and we’re not taking orders. I will never come to this baskin robins again and I advise any future customers thinking about coming here to not either.

I'm not sure what rating to give this. I was at an event and wanted ice cream. I looked up the closing times and found out they closed at 10pm on a Friday. So instead of leaving early I get there at 930pm. They were closed, the sign on the door still said 10pm and the girls inside simply looked at us and simply lipped "We're closed" Not worth getting angry about but seriously, just change your hours so customers are better prepared.
My friend was turning 30 and had a VERY bizarre cake request. The Baskin Robbins crew handled it with grace and professionalism, and we shared a laugh when I went to pick it up. I appreciate their good humor, customer service, and accomodation of our strange cake request (Michael Jackson/Dolphin/Dirty 30).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TONIGHT. How do you put a single employee by themselves who tells us we can't use our gift card because she is new and doesn't know how to run them? Only to then tell us we can't pay with a $50 bill. And then refuses to acknowledge us when we say "thank you". What an awful employee and experience.

Went to B&R to get our regular ice cream choices - Chocolate Fudge and Pralines and Cream. They didn't have either flavor. So, we went to McConnell's instead.

their ice cream is fine, but if you're tempted to order the tiger boba, DONT!! for the love of god don't order it. it's not even boba, it's popping boba and it tastes terrible. i don't know who greenlit this item or who would enjoy it. this isn't meant to be a diss on this particular baskin robins, but a warning to anyone thinking of trying this specific item
